Cimple’s OnDemand .NET Student Scheduling Software for Middle and High Schools is available today for all members of the web community at “no cost.”  It saves administrators hundreds of hours, because it’s smart.  Members can use it from school or at home at any time.  All they need is a web-browser to connect, for example, Internet Explorer.  Built with artificial intelligence, it thinks of all the scheduling possibilities; it tries the best options available; it learns from its successes and mistakes; it makes numerous decisions, balancing student needs with teacher restrictions and qualifications, and it ultimately schedules the best choice for each and every student.  Scheduling is done in less time, with fewer problems and with better results.  Finished student schedules can be easily exported into other systems.  To find out more or to ask a question, participate in the Learn More forum - OnDemand Products

 

In the Fall of 2008 at “no cost,” Cimple’s OnDemand Enterprise System will be available for  school districts nationwide.  Cimple’s OnDemand Building System will be available for elementary, middle and high schools that would like a complete student information system for their school.  The Building Systems help elementary, middle, and high schools K-12 to do Student Scheduling, Daily and Classroom Attendance, Progress Reports and Report Cards, Discipline Referrals and Dispositions, and Permanent Records with Transcripts, where teachers in school or at home can access the System, and Parents from home or work can view their child’s information through a secured web connection.  The Enterprise System also has an All-In-One Data Center that allows a District to keep historical student data from all its schools for many years. 

If members haven’t scheduled before or if they never received any formal training, they can enroll in a Professional Develop Programs.  Each Program is specifically designed to address the challenges of scheduling students at the High School and the Middle School levels. Free membership gives you access to Community Resources, a digital library where you can download many things including documents, manuals, lessons, models, and tools.  For example, a scheduling solution model in the library, submitted by a member, including an Educational Consultant, can be downloaded.  It could provide an answer for a particular scheduling problem at your school.  You can also download software tools, for example, a utility to import basic student data or a utility to export finished student schedules into another system.  To find out more or to ask a question, participate in the Learn More forum - Community Resources

Community Support from other members of the web community will be extremely helpful, however, from time-to-time a member may need Professional Services from Educational Consultants and Technical Experts.  Units of Professional Service (UNOs) purchased by a corporate sponsor are used like a phone calling card, where UNOs are used for Services as only as needed, and where any unused UNOs are rolled-over to next year.  For example, an introductory Corporate Sponsor Basic Plan for $500 would give a member ten (10) half-hour web-session, which can be used at anytime to get one-to-one help from Consultants or Experts.  The number of Corporate Sponsored UNOs to purchase will depend on the number of hours of Professional help that a member may need.  A member may start with an introductory Plan and then add another block of UNOs when needed.  Or, a member may select an appropriate UNO Plan, based on the projected hours of Professional Services needed for the complete year, from start to finish.  To find out more or to ask a question, participate in the Learn More forum - Professional Services.
