If desired, you can give any other member of the community access to your Cimple.NET system. For example, if your school has five Guidance Counselors and you would like them to be able to enter student course requests into your Cimple.NET system, simply have your Guidance Counselors join the community. Once they join, you can then grant those members login permissions to your Cimple.NET software using their “sign in” name. You will have the ability to control what each member can do within the system (e.g. a user can enter student course selections but cannot enroll new students).
