What information is visible to other members of the community?

The only information that is ever visible to other members of the community is your “sign in” name. If you prefer to keep your identity anonymous, you may decide to choose a “sign in” name that would prevent others from recognizing you. Please note that your email address is not shared with anyone (unless you choose to do so). If you wish to share additional information about you with other members of the community, you can do so by editing your personal profile. Is my information secure?

Any information you provide is stored in a secured database that is protected by a firewall. Personal information, such as credit card information, is always stored in an encrypted format to prevent identity theft. If you choose to purchase any of our additional services, you will have the option of storing your credit card information on file with us, or if you prefer, you can enter it each time you make a purchase.

Is my information ever shared with anyone?

How do I join the community?

Joining the community is easy (and free). Just click the “Join” link in the upper right corner of the page. You will be asked to create a “sign in” name, provide a password, your email address, and the time zone that you are in.

Once you join the community, you will need to activate your membership. CimpleOnDemand will automatically send you an email with a special activation link. To activate your membership, simply check your email and click the special activation link. This will take you back to the CimpleOnDemand website. Now, simply enter your “sign in” name and password. Congratulations! You are now a member of the community!
