    Cimple.NET Security Questions

The Cimple.NET System has a security feature that helps prevent unauthorized access by requiring all users to select and answer a series of security questions.

The first time you login to Cimple.NET, you will be asked to select 5 security questions and provide answers to each question.  Please provide answers that you will remember.  The system is not case-sensitive, but it is syntax sensitive (for example, "Blue" and "blue" are both considered the same answer, but "Jan" and "January" are considered different answers).  The system stores your questions and answers in a secure location within the Cimple.NET System.

The second time you login to Cimple.NET, you will asked to answer your security questions again.  Once your answers are verified, the system stores an encrypted cookie on your computer.  From this point forward, you are only asked to answer your questions when you login to Cimple.NET from a DIFFERENT computer (or if there are more than 180 days between logins).  This security feature helps prevent someone from obtaining your community "sign in" name and password and accessing your Cimple.NET System from another computer.

NOTE: If you are continually asked to answer your security questions, its possible that your browser is preventing cookies from being stored on your computer.  Its also possible that someone (or something) is periodically deleting cookies from your computer.  Please consult a technician if you are repeatedly asked to answer your security questions.  Have the technician verify that your computer is storing the cookies correctly and that your cookies are not being deleted from your computer.
