Cimple On Demand

Members may take part in any discussion group, a forum, which is created by the web community.  We anticipate that there will be subject areas that all members might be interested in. And, as with any community, there will be groups of individuals with a common interest.  That’s why we created groups by administrative levels also.  Within each administrative level we created subject areas and topics so that members will be able to share their concerns, ask for help, and respond with answers.  Any member will be able to create a topic for discussion for any subject area.  See our Discussion Groups in action.

A personal journal by an individual kept on the web for anyone to read is called a blog.  Today, blogs have become an important way for people to gather information about anything that they may be interested in.  An individual writes, posts an entry, in his or her blog, and anyone on the worldwide can read it.  It has become an incredible way for people to openly share information.  As a member of the CimpleOnDemand Web Community, you will be able to create your own personal blog, if you want to.  And, Educational Consultants with years and years of scheduling experience will also, as a member, be able to have their own personal blog as well.  See what members are blogging about.

Members will be able to download from the digital library any resource placed in the library by Cimple or by any member of the CimpleOnDemand Web Community.  It will contain documents, manuals, lessons, models, tools, and much more.  As a Community Resource, it will provide a way for members to share content that they created themselves or found on the web that could be helpful to other members. As members of the community, Educational Consultants will also be able to post content in the library, for example, a solution model for a particular scheduling structure. Members of the web community, prior to becoming a member, agreed to its Terms of Use.  A member shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment for access to and use of the CimpleOnDemand Website.  Cimple shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the CimpleOnDemand Website, including forums, to determine compliance with the agreed upon Terms of Use.  Cimple shall have the right to remove any material that Cimple, in its sole discretion, finds in violation.  Cimple from time to time shall have the right to change or modify the Terms of Use, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, where changes shall be effective immediately, and where members shall be informed when they sign in to the CimpleOnDemand Website.  A member shall use the Website for lawful purposes only.  Cimple shall have the right to immediately terminate a Member’s Account in the event of any conduct by Member which, Cimple, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable or in breach of the Terms of Use.  Please see the Terms of Use Agreement for further details.

Members who choose to use Cimple’s OnDemand Software, available to members at no cost, can be confident that their school’s data will be well protected on a secured web hosted server, where all transmissions are encrypted.  Each school will have their own system, accessible only to members of the community verified by the school and given permission by the school, where permission can be controlled on a user-by-user basis.  For example, a member of the web community who is verified by the school may have the rights to view information, but may not have rights to change data.  In addition, every day the school’s data will be backed up automatically by the hosted data center.
