Finding a Way - Isn't Easy Alone... |
|
Welcome.
We live in an exciting time where the advances in web technology can significantly improve our lives in ways not previously possible. Today, rather than working in isolation, administrators, teachers, parents and students as members of the CimpleOnDemand K-12 Web Community, can work together in collaboration to share concerns, solve problems and achieve results. The goal of the site is to create an “on demand” resource environment, where solutions concerning student needs can be found. The end result is that the students benefit.
Membership is free. The planned on-line resources will include: community support, virtual lessons, software tools, professional programs, individual blogs, group forums, peer sessions, educational consultants, technical experts and content links. Most of these resources will be free with the help of corporate partners and sponsors, while some will be offered for a fee.
For instance, Cimple Systems, Inc., a leading provider of Student Information Systems, is licensing an OnDemand version of all its software for members to use at NO COST. Cimple’s “software tools” can be used by administrators to schedule students, by teachers to keep classroom grades, and by parents to view their child’s information. We’re confident that the more you know about the web community, the better you’ll understand how it can help you to save hours of work, to avoid days of frustration and to remove feelings of isolation. You’ll realize its power and you’ll want to become a member immediately.
Imagine a community of administrators, teachers, parents, and students all working toward the same common goal of making it easy to learn. Imagine being able to discuss an issue, ask for help, exchange ideas, and get answers from colleagues that are willing to share: the tricks that they've learned; the materials that they’ve developed; and, the helpful content links that they’ve found. Others will share with you their successes and failures, that is, what works and what doesn’t work, because you in turn will share your experiences with them. For example as a member of the K-12 Web Community, CimpleOnDemand provides “all” the resources that an administrator will need, who would otherwise be struggling alone and perhaps inexperienced, are available to schedule his students based on the demands of today’s schools.
Thank you for taking the time to consider CimpleOnDemand. Please see the above tabs for more information. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us or personally send me a note!
Very truly yours,
Arthur J. Ardolino (ajardolino@cimple.com)
